Advent calendar

Three years ago I made a advent calendar out of matchboxes for my niece. This year it's time to make one for her little brother, my sweet nephew.

Now it's time for the tricky but fun bit of filling the small boxes with fun gifts.

paperclip-angels

I found some supercute paperclip-angels when I was out surfing the net. The ones I saw was actually made with a sort of clips called butterfly clips, but they are not used here in sweden and I couldn´t find them anywhere. Instead I used normal paper clips and had to bend them more to make it work. They get a bit crooked but I think it gives them more of a personality and each one of them are unique. I think they are really cute and I have made a bunch of them and hung them up all over my office and also gave away some of them as small gifts of appreciation.
This is the first one I made.

Merry christmas in Kraft

Here is a clean and simple card in kraft. I used a branch-stamp to create the wreath, just stamped it many times in a circle. Some half-pearls as decoration and the little bow to finish it off. It turned out really pretty so I think I have to make more of these :-)
