Sky's the limit

Another little angel in the clouds :-) This one has a silver- frame around the image and a different message. 

Angel

I love this angel-boy and I thought he would look great sitting on a cloud.

I started by masking the sides of the card with masking tape and stamped the angel in the middle. Then I painted the angel with masking fluid/rubber cement to protect it. After that I created the clouds eith distress ink masking with a post-it. Then I rubbed off the masking fluid/rubber cement from the angel and coloured him with distress ink and some perfect pearl on the wings. I also painted a thin line with perfect pearls along the edge of the cloud he´s sitting on to create a silver lining :-)

Pink and grey

I had to create some more with my new stampset with the cute elephant. I got inspired by the colour-challange (pink and grey) at Less is more. I think the paper is one of the first papers I bought when I started this hobby, but I have never found the right project to use it in. But here I am very pleased with it :-)
I also found inspiration in the sketch at case this sketch.

Tri-shutter card

I tried a new fold with this card and made a tri-shutter card. I have seen this kind of cards all over internet but I thought they looked a bit too complicated. But now I really wanted to make a special card to a special woman. A dear colleague has decided it's time for retirement and she works her last day on friday. She loves pink and with valentine's coming up the card got that vibe to it :-)

The fold wasn't as complicated as I thought and I'm sure I'll use it again. 

Hello little one

I have had difficulty in finding the time to do anything crafty lately. But last night I finally got some time and decided to do a little card for a newborn baby boy. The colours is really strange on this photo:-) It is much softer in real life. I tried a new technique for me, paper piercing. I think it it turned out really well.
